With a proven track record in Sales, William joined the organization’s commercial real estate unit in 2013 as a Call Center Associate and became a fully licensed agent within one year. Starting with multifamily units and development opportunities, he’s broadened his skillset to include 1031 exchange clients and nationwide Triple Net properties while continuing to nurture a lucrative leasing niche in the Los Angeles county market.

From a part time call center employee to four years as Peak Commercial’s Teams Brokerage administrator/ transaction coordinator, Will now serves as Operations Manager and continues to be a part of Peak Commercial’s growth.
