Seth joined the Anvers Capital Team shortly after starting with Peak Commercial in early 2021. He specializes in office and healthcare real estate but is comfortable in any sector. Prior to working with Anvers Capital, Seth was one of the top ranked auto brokers in the nation (by sales volume) – working closely with a variety of luxury automakers such as Mercedes Benz, BMW, Lexus, Porsche, and Infiniti. While at Nationwide Auto Lease in Miami Beach, FL – Seth built his team – and consistently shattered his quota every month. Since starting with Peak Commercial, Seth and his team have successfully closed over $180 million in gross volume, mainly consisting of medical office transactions. Seth is laser-focused, tenacious, and will do whatever it takes to bring a deal from inception to the finish line. The Anvers Capital Team has built and maintained a strong network of buyers and sellers, from your mom and pops to some of the largest institutions in the nation and to date, have recorded a combined $3 billion + in closed transactions nationwide.
