Nader Ghadoushi has been active in commercial real estate since 2017 as a licensed professional, following a successful run as an investor that began in the late 1980s. Over the years, he has acquired, developed, and sold properties across nine states, with a concentrated focus on Southern California over the past decade.

His areas of expertise include office, retail, industrial, land, and ground-up development. Nader is known for bringing a developer’s mindset and an out-of-the-box approach to every transaction, helping clients uncover value and opportunity that others might miss. He is currently involved in several large-scale development projects, encompassing storage, residential, and industrial sectors.
