Professional Experience

Jessica Chamberlain is a Commercial Associate with Peak Commercial and a member of the RJ Feder & Associates team, where she focuses on office, industrial, and retail properties throughout the San Fernando Valley and surrounding markets, including Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, and Calabasas.

Licensed in real estate since 2009, Jessica brings over 15 years of industry experience, beginning her career in property management where she worked closely with both owner-operators and third-party management companies. Her background managing office, industrial, and retail assets provides her with a unique operational perspective, allowing her to understand the needs of property owners, tenants, and investors from both the management and ownership side of commercial real estate.

Jessica previously worked with Ron Feder from 2009 to 2011 and has since returned to expand her expertise on the brokerage side of the business. Her experience in property management gives her valuable insight into property performance, tenant relations, and operational efficiency—knowledge she leverages to better serve clients throughout the transaction process.

Outside of work, Jessica is a proud mother of two who enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, and listening to music. When she’s not working, she can often be found cheering on her children at softball and baseball games. Earlier this year, Jessica completed a challenging 24-mile hike through the Grand Canyon to the village of Supai—accessible only by foot, horse, or helicopter—where she visited Little Navajo, Havasu, and Mooney Falls, an unforgettable experience she considers a true once-in-a-lifetime adventure.
