Having worked in various roles within the industry, His all-encompassing experience provides clients unparalleled representation, with a 360 degree approach to the investment cycle. Throughout his Career, Jack has worked on transactions ranging in size from $5 million to $450,000,000 in size, and has structured, developed, and closed in excess of $1 billion dollars of transactions in multi-family, office, retail, and industrial properties.

Jack Minassian is a founding partner of Anvers Capital Partners, a leading boutique commercial real estate group that specializes in the sale of office and medical office buildings throughout the West Coast.
