With almost three decades of experience in commercial real estate, Giann Vitale is a trusted expert in investment sales, leasing, and redevelopment across the San Fernando Valley and West Los Angeles. As a key part of Peak Commercial, he specializes in office, industrial, and retail transactions, helping clients navigate complex deals with a strategic and results-driven approach.

Prior to joining Peak, Giann held leadership positions at Kidder Mathews, Charles Dunn Company, and DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services, where he played a pivotal role in major redevelopment projects and high-value property transactions. His experience includes overseeing large-scale land sales in the Mid-Wilshire/Miracle Mile area, managing over 100,000+ square feet of retail space in the South Bay, and contributing to the master redevelopment of the San Leandro Marina in the Bay Area. At Cal Coast Companies, he was deeply involved in property entitlements, master planning, and asset management, further honing his expertise in commercial real estate strategy.

A graduate of California State University, Northridge (CSUN), Giann earned his degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. His professional success is built on integrity, commitment, and an unwavering work ethic, consistently delivering top-tier results and client satisfaction.

Giann resides in Chatsworth, California, with his wife Layla, daughters Chloe and Olivia, and their beloved dogs, Lilly and Lucy.
