Professional Experience

Cherie Hardgrove has been a licensed real estate agent since January 2008 and has earned a number of licenses and certifications in the profession. Not only is she a licensed agent in California, but she is also licensed in Ohio. She also earned the title of being a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), she earned an MAI Designation (currently non-practicing) from the Appraisal Institute, and when she was in Ohio she practiced appraisal and was designated as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. Ms. Hardgorve has over 25 years of experience in performing commercial, industrial and residential appraisal and appraisal review assignments for a variety of projects including multi-family, retail centers ranging from neighborhood centers to regional malls, office buildings, office/warehouse properties, mini-storage facilities, veterinary hospitals, churches, gasoline/convenience stores, and mixed-use properties.
