Professional Experience

Ben is a Senior Analyst on the Anvers Capital team at Peak Commercial, where he collaborates with a specialized team of motivated professionals to provide personalized services to their clients. Ben was born and raised in the Greater Los Angeles area and grew up learning the in’s and out’s of commercial real estate from his father David Meir – a prolific commercial real estate professional with 38+ years experience in exceeding clients expectations. Ben received his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business.

Prior to joining the Anvers team at Peak Commercial, Ben had a successful career in sales. In 2019, Ben co-founded the digital marketing company Vizian. Since joining PeaK Commercial, Ben and his team have successfully closed in excess of $180 million in gross volume, with a strong focus on medical office and retail. Ben is detail-oriented, energetic and a crucial member of the PEAK team, who looks forward to providing the highest caliber of service to every client he interfaces with.

To date, the Anvers Capital Partners team has recorded a combined $3 Billion + in closed transactions both locally and nationally and has strong relationships with institutional investment partners and national REITS.
