Shreve holds a CCIM, RCFCE and ARF designations as a certified expert in the commercial real estate industry with special expertise in assisted living property transactions, as well as memberships with Columbus Commercial Industrial Investment Realtors and Cityscapes International Realty. Shreve is a member of the Woodland Hills / Tarzana Chamber of Commerce and MAPS, an organization of Operators / Medical Providers in the San Fernando Valley. She received her certification from the Graduate Realtor Institute in 1999.
