In his role at Peak Commercial, Aram assists with sourcing opportunities, coordinating deal timelines, supporting documentation, and helping ensure each transaction is handled accurately and efficiently.

Prior to his work in real estate, Aram worked as a vehicle leasing consultant, where he developed strong client service skills, contract familiarity, and a consultative approach to guiding clients through high-value decisions.

Aram earned his bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. In his free time, Aram enjoys playing soccer, having competed at the collegiate level and coached at the youth level.
