Professional Experience

Alex Vasquez is a Senior Director at Peak Commercial, operating from the firm’s San Fernando Valley office in Los Angeles. He specializes in the disposition and acquisition of investment properties, with a primary focus on retail assets throughout Southern California. Alex and his team have also successfully transacted in markets beyond the region. In addition to retail, he has experience assisting clients with multifamily, land, office, and industrial properties, as well as executing leases.

Before joining Peak Commercial, Alex served as Vice President at Kidder Mathews and worked at CBRE’s West Los Angeles office for over seven years. His earlier roles include positions at Stevenson Real Estate Services in Glendale and Sperry Van Ness in Encino. He also brings experience from his tenure as a salesperson and regional manager for the McGraw-Hill Companies’ educational publishing division and as Project Manager for the Downtown Newhall Revitalization Project in Santa Clarita.
