Professional Experience

Alex Sawelson is a Senior Associate at Peak Commercial and a member of the RJ Feder & Associates team, specializing in industrial sales and leasing throughout the Los Angeles market. Licensed since 2018, Alex has been actively working in commercial real estate since 2022, bringing a disciplined brokerage approach that combines proactive prospecting, strong market knowledge, and a service-oriented mindset to help clients successfully buy, sell, and lease commercial properties.

Alex focuses primarily on industrial warehousing, small to medium bay industrial spaces, and industrial outdoor storage (IOS) properties. While his primary focus is across the Los Angeles market, he has also been involved in transactions nationwide, including equipment-rental oriented industrial sites. One of his notable transactions includes a 15-acre equipment rental location in Savannah, Georgia, demonstrating his ability to navigate complex industrial real estate opportunities.

What sets Alex apart is his owner-focused perspective. As an investor himself, he approaches transactions with a strong operational and financial understanding, allowing him to evaluate deals through the lens of an investor and identify opportunities that align with his clients’ long-term business and investment goals. Alex joined Peak Commercial and the RJ Feder & Associates team because of the opportunity to work alongside Ron Feder and the team’s strong presence in the Los Angeles commercial real estate market.

Outside of the office, Alex prioritizes fitness and discipline. He is a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, enjoys playing golf, and spends time training with his Belgian Malinois, Ryder.
