Born and raised in Los Angeles, Brooke Feder-Kenrick brings a dynamic background in fashion and retail to her role as a Commercial Associate with Peak Commercial/RJ Feder & Associates, Inc.. She collaborates closely with her father, industry veteran Ron Feder, President of RJ Feder & Associates, focusing on Industrial, Office and Retail in the North Los Angeles and Ventura County Market areas.

After owning her own clothing store for nearly six years, Brooke transitioned to commercial real estate to follow her passion and learn from her father, a seasoned industry leader. Her expertise lies not only in property specialization but also in forging genuine connections and maintaining strong client relationships – a testament to her customer-centric approach and commitment to excellence.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Brooke cherishes her local ties and is dedicated to growing her business in the place she calls home. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new destinations, nurturing her love for animals, and embracing the vibrant culture of LA.
