Eli began his career in Real Estate in 1986 when he founded a small investment and management company that specialized in forming joint ventures, locating properties with potential “added value” and maximizing their use and cash flow. As a consistent top producer, Eli has over 30 years of real estate experience specializing in retail and multi-family property sales. Eli has received much recognition for his successes including the distinction of being among the top 1% of Remax Commercial’s 100,000 agents nationwide. He is also the recipient of the Chairman’s Club Award and the President’s Circle Award. Currently, he is responsible for identifying investment opportunities, determining and estimating strategies on investments and working with potential investors.
