Ryan Gharib is a Commercial Associate with Peak Commercial, specializing in commercial real estate with a focus on industrial properties.

Ryan brings a strong analytical approach, combining market research, property evaluation, deal strategy, and emerging technology to identify opportunities and support informed real estate decisions. He has a particular interest in applying artificial intelligence to commercial real estate sourcing, screening, and market analysis, helping deliver greater efficiency and insight to the brokerage process.

His experience includes winning the inaugural NAIOP Oregon Pitch Competition, where his team developed a comprehensive redevelopment strategy for Portland’s Lloyd Center over a 10-week period and presented its recommendations to a panel of industry professionals and members of NAIOP Oregon’s board.
