Stuart Steinberg

COMMERCIAL MANAGER AND REALTY OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
  • Steinberg comes to Peak Commercial as a recognized commercial real estate industry professional, having successfully led sales and operations through a variety of real estate cycles in Southern California. Prior to joining Peak Commercial, Steinberg’s career in real estate started as a sales associate working for a nationally recognized commercial real estate brokerage in 1997, soon rising through the ranks to become VP, Director of Sales for the organization before assuming Sales and Chief Operating Officer duties for a major independent brokerage based in West Los Angeles. Steinberg is an alumni of the University of Oregon with a major in Business.

Sagi Cohen

Sagi Cohen

CHIEF EXECUTIVE
  • Cohen manages the support, sales, and marketing units while overseeing day-to-day operations of all entities represented by the brand. Cohen comes to Peak with a proven track record of success, bringing to the organization more than 20 years of experience in marketing and management.

    Prior to his arrival at Peak, Cohen served as Chief Executive Officer for Caesarstone USA, responsible for generating $300 million in sales, and increased company revenue by 500%. From 2001 to 2006, Cohen held key leadership roles at Paz Oil Co. Ltd, where he was responsible for 35% year-over-year growth and an increase in unaided brand awareness from 15% to 52%.

    Cohen received his B.A. in Management and Political Science from Tel Aviv University and studied Executive Retail & Marketing Studies at Oxford University. Cohen has been recognized as “Outstanding CEO” by Dun & Bradstreet, “Best Marketing Executive” by the Israel Advertising Association, and won a prestigious Effie Award for Most Effective Advertising Campaign, 2005, in recognition of his work promoting Paz’s Yellow convenience stores.

Gil Priel

MANAGING DIRECTOR AND PRINCIPAL OF THE PEAK ENTITIES
  • Gil Priel | has been involved in the real estate industry since 1978, starting with the private equity acquisition and management of several office buildings in the Los Angeles area and growing it into a sizable mixed real estate portfolio over many states. Priel has worked in all phases of the real estate industry including commercial and residential development and management, financing (portfolio lending for commercial and residential properties), non-performing debt acquisition, broken development deal completion and private equity bridge financing.

Eli Tene

MANAGING DIRECTOR AND PRINCIPAL OF THE PEAK ENTITIES
  • Eli Tene specializes in complex and creative residential and commercial real estate transactions, equity-based joint ventures, foreclosures, debt and equity financing, loss mitigation and in the upgrading of distressed properties. Throughout his varied career, Tene has perfected the art of residential and commercial short sale and has negotiated thousands of successful transactions.
