An alum of the University of Oregon, Stuart began his real estate career as a sales associate working for Marcus and Millichap in 1997, where he soon rose to become acting Regional Manager and VP of Sales. In 2010 he left Marcus and Millichap to join Concord Real Estate Services, a major independent brokerage company based in Beverly Hills, California and served as their Sales Manager until becoming their Chief Operating Officer in 2012. Having successfully led operations through diverse real estate cycles, Peak Commercial recruited Stuart in 2015 to lead their commercial real estate division and provide strategic and tactical oversight.
In 2017 Stuart returned to brokerage to provide his clients with the highest level of service, professionalism, and integrity. He quickly assembled a team of highly skilled agents to compliment his experience and knowledge in the industry. Having leased, sold, and brokered hundreds of millions of dollars of commercial investments, including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, hospitality, health care facilities and businesses, Stuart has an astute understanding of the commercial property investors goals and objectives. He has an appreciation and respect for the inherent risks his clients experience in an evolving market and is committed to helping them make sound and informed investment decisions to achieve winning solutions.
